Variety of living things

My Kenkyushitsu is the place preserving the variety of living things. 11members of Master course students who presented their thesis projects yesterday consists of 4 from 2nd division of TUS, 3 from other Universities, 2 of post-professional course, 1from 1st division of TUS, 1 from abroad. Varieties as matter of course have both advantages and disadvantages. Because they have different academic backgrounds, one single language could not always be useful.

Although it should be I who control those various members keeping their variety intact, it is sometimes very difficult to do that. I have tried to pull up the bottom and pull up the top simultaneously. But actually you cannot do that at the same time. Because they are different things.
